End User License Agreement

Effective 15 August 2026

1. Acceptance and age limit

By using Phazar you accept this agreement and the Community Guidelines. You may not use the app if you are under 18. By registering you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If an age representation is found to be false the account is closed immediately.

2. The invite system

Phazar is a closed community; registration is only possible with a valid invite code. Codes are personal, may not be sold or transferred, carry no monetary value and are non-refundable. You may be held responsible for the conduct of people you invite; in cases of systematic abuse your entire invite chain may be closed.

3. User conduct — prohibited content

You agree not to: broadcast nudity or sexual content; sexualize minors; harass, threaten, or engage in hate speech or discrimination; share violent content; record the other party without consent and distribute it; spam, advertise or run scams; impersonate others; reverse engineer or automate the app.

4. Moderation and enforcement

Every session provides Report and Block tools. Reported content is reviewed; Phazar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice. Three reports from distinct users automatically suspend an account. These decisions are final.

5. Content and disclaimer

Chats take place directly between users (P2P). Phazar cannot pre-screen live video and is not responsible for the content you encounter. Random matching inherently carries a risk of encountering disturbing content, and you accept that risk. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Intellectual property

The Phazar name, logo, design and software belong to Phazar. You are granted only a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Phazar may also terminate your access if you breach this agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Phazar is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Changes and governing law

This agreement may be updated; material changes are announced in the app. Governed by the laws of Türkiye. Questions: iletisim@phazar.app
